To provide a sub-nozzle of an air-jet loom, which is integrally molded, reduces a cost, and improves qualities.
The sub-nozzle 10 is formed by the integral molding of a holder part 11 and a nozzle head part 12. The holder part 11 is connected to the nozzle head part 12 by a connection part 13 formed in a recessed arc. An air passage 14 is formed in the holder part 11 and the nozzle head part 12. An injection nozzle port 15 slightly inclined in a direction perpendicular to the air passage 14 is formed at the end part of the nozzle head part 12. In the integral molding of the sub-nozzle 10, a parting line PL having a cut face in the axial direction of the air passage 14 is formed and the end of a first insert for the air passage 14 is supported at a second insert for the injection nozzle port 15.
