Abstract:

To provide a subject internal position detecting system precisely detecting the position of a subject internal introducing device irrelevant to the presence of an organ or the like.

A position detecting device 3 is provided with magnetic field detectors 6a-6h for detecting a static magnetic field outputted from a permanent magnet provided in a test capsule 2, a criterion sensor device for detecting the positions of the magnetic field detectors 6a-6h, fixing members 9a and 9b fixing the magnetic field detectors 6a-6h on the surface of the subject 1, and a position information derivation device 10 deriving the position of the test capsule 2 in the interior of the subject 1. The position of the test capsule 2 is derived after detecting the positions of the magnetic field detectors 6a-6h by the criterion sensor device 7 so that, even of the posture of the subject 1 is changed or the like, the position of the test capsule 2 can be precisely derived.
