PURPOSE: To automatically select a housing position while balancing a load between exchanges and a device using rate inside the exchange concerning service order processing for housing the terminal of a customer in the SPC exchange of a station.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a means 1 for managing a CC using rate reported from the SPC exchange, means 2 for managing a judgement reference for selecting any SPC exchange in the case of new allocation to the SPC exchange based on the CC using rate information, means 3 for reporting the judgement reference to a customer information management operation system, means 4 for managing the number of originated and terminated calls at a line concentrator, means 5 for managing facility using conditions showing the state of just using or not using a subscriber circuit, means 6 for selecting any subscriber circuit while using the means 4 and 5 corresponding to a facility allocation request from the customer information management operation system, and means 7 for reporting the housing position number of the subscriber circuit to be allocated to the customer information management operation system.
