This vermin-controlling agent contains a substituted amide compound expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, A is carbon atom or the like; G is G-1 or G-2 or the like; W1, W2 are each independently O or S; X1 is N(R6)R5 or the like; X2 is a halogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C haloalkyl or the like; Y1 to Y3 are each independently H, a halogen atom, cyano or the like; R1 to R3 are each independently cyano, a 1-12C alkyl, a 3-12C alkenyl or the like; R4 is a halogen atom, cyano, nitro or the like; R5, R6 are each independently a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C haloalkyl, a 3-6C alkenyl or the like; (m), (n) are each independently 1-3 integer; and p3 is 1-4 integer] or its salt.
