PURPOSE: To donate a suave-looking, accommodative appearance similar to suede by forming a suede-tone resin layer containing bead pigment of specific grain diameter with an internally inflated, recessed part on the surface of a specifically formed and transferring the suede-tone resin layer to a medium for image transfer.

CONSTITUTION: A suede-tone resin layer 3 which donates a suede-tone face 3a to a medium for image transfer is provided on the surface of a formed film. Then an adhesive layer 4 is provided on the resin layer 3. The formed film has a fine uneven coated layer 8 consisting of resin and fine particles 7 formed on the surface of a base 5. The surface gross value is 0.5 to 2.5% and at the same time, the surface roughness is 0.8 to 30μm. The recommended formed film base 5 is polyester film. The fine uneven coated layer 8 uses a binder resin containing spheric or spheroidal fine particles 7. Thus the center of gravity X of the fine particle 7 protrudes from the average level of a binder component coat, and a protrusion part a place where the fine particle 7 is present expands externally.
