Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some defects occurred under a temperature control for an industrial furnace having superheated-steam generator that a heater temperature increases over superheated-steam temperature or a furnace inside temperature of target value in advance and a normal temperature control cannot be carried out irrespective of some advantages in the industrial furnace utilizing superheated-steam that the superheated-steam generator having a conductor hollow pipe heater structure merely flowing DC or commercial AC shows a high degree of utility value.SOLUTION: Two or more PID adjusters are installed against one set of a solid state relay for use in driving a heater and each of inputted temperatures is applied as a heater temperature and superheated-steam temperature and the like. An output of each of PID adjusters is connected to an input of a selector (multiplexer), a main controller has a mechanism for operating the selector in response to an operating state and for dynamically and reversibly changing-over an original output source for the solid state relay.
