A winding type weft length-measuring and storing apparatus 14 is supported on the upper portion of a support 12 through an attaching fitting 15. A winding type weft length-measuring and storing apparatus 16 is loaded and supported on one end of a support bar 13, and a winding type weft length-measuring and storing apparatus 17 is loaded and supported on the other end of the support bar 13. An inclined surface 113 is formed at one portion of the upper surface 112 of a box 11. The inclined surface 113 is connected to the side surface 114 of the box 11 in a downward slope. Namely, the lowest site of the inclined surface 113 is a boundary with the side surface 114 of the box 11. An input operation portion 41 and a display portion 42 are disposed on the inclined surface 113.
