Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a progressive shock absorbing property, by providing a sub-link and an auxiliary link in a snow mobile having a shock absorber interposed between a body frame and a slide rail. CONSTITUTION:A front suspension unit 12 is interposed between a slide rail 11 for guiding a caterpillar belt and a body frame. A shock absorber 20 is interposed between a bracket 21b of a sub-link 21 pivotally secured to the body frame. An auxiliary link 25 is interposed between the other bracket 21b and the slide rail 11. When the front suspension unit 12 moves a stroke S1, a pivot P of the shock absorber 20 moves under drawing such curve as a locus D.
