PURPOSE: To provide a suspension device for vehicle, which can eliminate the friction to be caused by deformation of a bush and which can improve the camber rigidity and the caster rigidity and which can raise a degree of freedom of the caster control.

CONSTITUTION: In a suspension device provided with an upper arm 40, a lower arm 50 and a shock absorber 20, in which the lower end of a shock absorber 20 main frame is connected to the lower arm 50 and the upper arm 40 is engaged with the shock absorber 20 main frame, the lower end of the shock absorber 20 main frame is connected to the lower arm 50 through a universal joint 30. The camber rigidity and the caster rigidity are thereby improved, and a degree of freedom of the caster control is raised.
