PURPOSE: To improve the damper efficiency of a buffer in a double wish-bone type suspension device in a multi-link style.
CONSTITUTION: In a suspension device 3 provided with upper arms 6 and lower arms 9 which can support a wheel suspension member 2 for supporting a wheel 1 rotatably on a car body swingably, a buffer 10 is arranged between a first upper arm 4 extending in a nearly front/rear direction of the car body and a second upper arm 5 extending in the nearly width direction or the car body under the first upper arm 4. The upper end part of the buffer 10 is supported on the car body and its lower end part is supported on a first lower arm 7 extending in the car width direction respectively. Thereby, the direction of a king-pin shaft A passing installation points a, b, c onto the respective wheel suspension members 2 of the first lower arm 7, the second upper arm 5 and time first upper arm 4 can be in nearly parallel with the axial line direction of the buffer 10 and the damper efficiency of the buffer 10 can be improved.
