Abstract:
To provide a suspended matter recovery device and a recovery method from suspension, capable of separating and recovering a suspended matter from the suspension, inexpensively with a small environmental load.SOLUTION: A suspended matter recovery device includes a hot wind generation furnace 4 comprising a kiln body 2 for solid fuel combustion having a co-burning burner 15 and an air supply fan 16 for combustion, and a secondary combustion chamber 3 for burning and decomposing a volatile matter generated following combustion of the solid fuel in the kiln body 2, and further includes a suspension evaporation tower 6 communicating with a hot wind passage 5 of the hot wind generation furnace 4, a suspension spray nozzle 22 mounted on an upper part of the suspension evaporation tower 6, and a pump 25 for sucking the suspension stored in a suspension tank 23, and pressure-feeding it to the suspension spray nozzle 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
