Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accomplish compatibility of antiwear property of a spherical recess on a swash plate in a swash plate type hydraulic gear with the durability of the swash plate against a thrust load and a bearing.
CONSTITUTION: A swash plate 10 is composed of an outside body 10A supported through bearings 13, 14 by a swash plate holder 12 and an inside body 10B coupled therewith and having a spherical recess 10a engaged with a spherical end 9a of a plunger 9. The outside body 10A is made of a material having high strength and satisfactory compatibility with the bearings 13, 14 and the inside body 10B is made of a material having higher antiwear property then the outside body 10A.
