Abstract:
To provide a switch capable of reducing contact resistance between an electrode and a contact member.
The switch includes an electrode 14 arranged on a substrate 11, an anchor 15 arranged on the substrate 11, a movable structure 16 supported by the anchor 15 and arranged above the electrode 14 so as to extend from the anchor 15 to the first direction and made from a conductor and moving downward, and the contact member 17 arranged on an outer peripheral section of the movable structure 16 and made from the conductor and warped toward the electrode 14.
