PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely switch plural piping passages by installing fixed piping and moving piping along a frame surface of a rectangular solid, moving the switching end of the moving piping so as to become parallel to a connecting port of the fixed piping, and connecting the respective switching ends by a connecting piping.
SOLUTION: A handling device 70 is advanced according to a height of a connecting piping 31 in the state of connecting a moving piping 21 and a fixed piping 15 to a pedestal 71 of the handling device 70. The switching end of the moving piping 21, the switching end of the fixed piping 15 and the connecting end of the connecting piping 31 are manually separated after receiving the connecting piping 31 to the pedestal 71. The pedestal 71 is raised up to a height of the fixed piping 11 after once retreating the handling device 70 in a state of placing the connecting piping 31. Then, the switching end of the moving piping 21 is moved to a height of the switching end of the fixed piping 11. The switching end of the fixed piping 11 and one end of the connecting piping 31 are connected to each other by a half clamp. Next, the switching end of the mounting piping 21 and the connecting end of the other end of the connecting piping 31 are unitedly connected to each other to complete the formation of a passage.
