Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply device capable of controlling output voltage, in high efficiency.SOLUTION: A power supply device 100 includes: a series circuit 1 of switching elements Q1 and Q2, and a series circuit 2 of switching elements Q3 and Q4, both series circuits are connected to a power supply P in parallel; a series resonant circuit including a primary winding P1 connected to the switching element Q2 in parallel, and a capacitor Cri; a reactor L1 connected between the connection point of the switching elements Q3 and Q4, and the capacitor Cri; a transformer T having the primary winding P1 and secondary windings S1 and S2; a rectification and smoothing circuit connected to the secondary winding; and a control circuit 3 for turning on/off the switching elements Q1 and Q2 alternately at an arbitrary frequency, and turning on/off the switching elements Q3 and Q4 alternately at the same frequency as the arbitrary frequency. The control circuit 3 controls a phase difference of switching signals of the series circuits 1 and 2.
