To provide a drive system same as the synchronous drive of a plurality of independent AC servo motors, for a plurality of stator coils which are provided independently to one synchronous AC servo motor.
The control system is composed of a synchronous AC servo motor, in which one rotor 26 includes a plurality of electrically independent stator coil systems 28 and 29 and a single serial communication type position detector 34 is attached to the shaft of the rotor 26; a plurality of servo control circuits which perform the position control, the speed control, and the current control of each stator coil system; a synchronizer which operates the above individual servo control circuits synchronously; and a distributor which distributes the positional information at the same time to the individual servo control circuits from the serial communication type position detector that has responded to the request signal from a specific one of the plurality of servo control circuits.
