To provide a system management structure for a house, which can prevent omission of input of a security system when the resident leaves the house.
The house is provided with the security system 20 which is set in a monitoring mode when an operation switch 33 is turned on, and set in a monitoring cancellation mode when the switch is turned off, and a door lock device 45 which allows an entrance door 40 to be opened/closed when it is set in an unlocked state, and maintains the entrance door in a closed state when it is set in a locked state. The door lock device is made lockable when the security system is in the monitoring mode and unlockable when the security system is set in the monitoring cancellation mode. The security system in the monitoring mode, issues an alarm or issues a notification via a predetermined line when a locked window fitting is unlocked or opened. To this end, an engaging member and an actuator 57 are mounted on a door lock 46 or a door main body 42. The engaging member is movable between a first location that inhibits a lock bar from protruding, and a second location that allows the lock bar to protrude. The actuator 57 moves the engaging member to the second location when the operating switch is turned on, and moves the same to the first location when the operating switch is turned off.
