Abstract:
To provide a supporting system by which an appropriate advice can be obtained and a claim is appropriately treated without waiting a skilled engineer.
This system for supporting a fried food manufacturer is a supporting system for solving problems occurred when producing fried foods by using an edible oil and characterized by displaying a cause of occurrence of a phenomenon which is the problem, a means for solving the problem and a suggestion therefor from an oil maker on a screen of a computer when the fried food manufacturer selects (1) a kind of the fried food, (2) a kind of the edible oil, (3) a kind of an instrument and an apparatus for producing the fried food and (4) the phenomenon which is the problem on the screen.
