PURPOSE: To shorten manufacturing period by providing system for mooring a submersible platform having a ballast injector/discharger movably up and down and for moving a vessel constructed on land onto said platform.
CONSTITUTION: A vessel or ocean structure 9 constructed on land is mounted onto a truck 10 on a moving skid 8 then pulled by which on a grounding platform 4 onto a platform 4 through a skid 7 coupled to the skid 8. Since the draft of platform 4 will vary due to variation of center of gravity caused by variation of tide or the weight shift of structure 9, it is controlled such that the deck face of platform 4 and upper face of quay 3 will match through monitoring of draft meter and ballast tank level meter and functioning of ballast injector/ discharger. Then water is injected into the platform 4 to submerge along a dolphin 5 thus to launch the structure 9. Launched vessel can be grounded. In such a manner, structure such as vessel can be constructed in short term.
