Abstract:
To provide tableware separation and release method and device by which separation and release of a tableware, which is positioned at an uppermost end of a tableware row in which plural tablewares are overlapped, can be sequentially and quickly performed with a compact configuration, and a tableware washing system and a tableware washing method.SOLUTION: A tableware separation and release device comprising: separation means 500 which repeatedly and reciprocationally rotates an arm unit 501, to which a grip chuck unit 510 for gripping outer peripheral edges of tablewares W which face each other is fixed, in a prescribed angular range between an inclined position and a substantially horizontal position; and lifting means 400 which sequentially grips a tableware positioned at an uppermost end of a tableware row WR by the separation means, and lifts the tableware row to a separable position. When the arm unit is rotated from the inclined position to the substantially horizontal position, a grip chuck grips the outer peripheral edge of a tableware positioned at the uppermost end of the tableware row and separates said tableware from the tableware row, and when the arm unit is rotated from the substantially horizontal position to the inclined position, the tableware, which is gripped and separated, is dropped from the grip chuck by self-weight, and is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
