Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that immediately and reliably notifies a customer who forgot to take out a medium of having forgotten to take out while restraining a risk of personal information outflow to the minimum.SOLUTION: A takeout forgotten medium notification system comprises: an automatic teller machine; and an information communication terminal for performing bidirectional communication with the automatic teller machine. The information communication terminal comprises: a vibration unit that notifies the customer of reception when takeout forgotten notice is received from the automatic teller machine; and a first speaker part for sounding a warning beep. The automatic teller machine comprises: a control unit for controlling communication with the information communication terminal and time extension when it received an instruction to extend a time until recovery of a takeout forgotten medium from the information communication terminal; and a second speaker part for sounding a warning beep when forgetting to take out a medium occurs.
