PURPOSE: To simply take in and out the article without trouble by driving a driving pulley by driving a motor and driving to rotate a driving cable, and moving an article placing base together with an article by the driving cable.

CONSTITUTION: An article placing base 2 on which an article 1 is placed is provided so as to be freely movable like a drawer in the riser part of a cabinet. In the inner part and the front part of the bottom part of its cabinet, a driving pulley 4 and a driven pulley 5 are provided, respectively, and also, between the driving pulley 4 and the driven pulley 5, an endless driving cable 6 is suspended. Its driving pulley 4 and a motor 7 are interlocked and the driving cable 6 is connected to the article placing base 2. As a result, the article can be taken in and out simply without trouble.
