PURPOSE: To take out a designated number of designated articles from each pallet by providing pallet stations which are movable among a number of pallet supporting parts and making a translocating machine having a swingable arm move among these pallet supporting parts to the designated pallet.

CONSTITUTION: Movable pallet stations are provided on both sides of a translocating machine, and a pallet P carrying articles W is placed on a pallet supporting part. A swingable pedestal 11 is provided on the fixed base 10 of a take-out device 9, and an arm 13 is provided via a mavable link mechanism 12, while a holder 14 is installed on its end. On receiving a delivery command, the translocating machine 5 is moved to the designated pallet supporting part, takes out one of the articles W onto the receiving part 17 of a translocating conveyor 16 by means of the holder 14, and send it out from a conveying part 18 onto the receiving part 23 of a carry-out conveyor 22 via a translocating part 19. Then, the translocating machine 5 is moved to the next designated pallet, to take out and send out one or more of articles on the pallet P.
