To materialize reduction in pulsating pressure and improvement in assembly working efficiency by minimizing expense in time and effort in complicated control of deviation between rotors when assembling both rotors in a driving shaft.
Width across flats is provided to the outer periphery of a driving shaft. A receiving part 27 of the width across flats is provided to both inner rotors 14, 14. An uneven engaging part in which a protrusion 30 and a recess 31 can be fitted to each other is formed on an end surface of the inner rotor 14. When both inner rotors 14, 14 are fitted to each other in the uneven engaging part, a tip 16a of a tooth of one inner rotor 14 matches with a bottom 16b of a tooth of the other inner rotor 14 in a circumference direction. The receiving part 27 of the width across flats is fitted to the width across flats of the driving shaft with both inner rotors 14, 14 positioned in the uneven engaging part. As a result, discharge timing of both inner rotors 14, 14 is deviated, whereby pulsating pressure is mutually compensated.
