To provide a fabric which is excellent in work properties by suppressing of the easy peeling of the thread group of the outermost layer and in ability to prevent the falling of concrete in order to improve the problems concerning work properties and the weak point of fragility after construction of the fabric.

The fiber bundle multi-axle fabric 10 comprises fiber bundles 20a and 30a. The fiber bundles 20a and 30a constituting the outermost layers 20 and 30 of the surface and back of the fabric 10 are oriented in the same direction and adhered to each other. In a method for producing the fiber bundle multi-axle fabric 10, the fiber bundles 20a and 30a constituting the outermost layers 20 and 30 of the fabric 10 are oriented in the same direction and adhered to each other with inner layers 40 and 50 held between them.
