Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive grease having high thermal conductivity, high heat stability in a high temperature environment and excellent application properties.SOLUTION: A thermally conductive grease contains inorganic powder filler 85-97 mass% and base oil composition 3-15 mass%. The base oil composition contains base oil, dispersant, antioxidant, and boron-containing extreme pressure agent. The antioxidant contains amine antioxidant and phosphorous antioxidant; the content of the amine antioxidant is 0.5-15 mass% relative to the base oil composition 100 mass%; the content of the phosphorous antioxidant is 0.5-5.5 mass% relative to the base oil composition 100 mass%; and the content of the boron-containing extreme pressure agent is 0.1-5.5 mass% relative to the base oil composition 100 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
