Abstract:
To increase the measurement accuracy by increase of angles.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional information acquisition device according to an embodiment includes: a projection unit for projecting light to a measurement target; a light reception unit for receiving the light reflected by the measurement target; a distance image generation unit for generating a distance image including a plurality of distance values corresponding to a flying time of light as the length of time from when the light is projected from the projection unit to when the light is received by a light reception surface of the light reception unit; a three-dimensional point group generation unit for generating data in a three-dimensional point group from the distance image; and a correction unit for correcting coordinates of the three-dimensional point group on the basis of correction information corresponding to an entrance pupil position for each incident angle of the light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
