Abstract:
To provide a thermal expansion sheet capable of forming a three-dimensional molded object which can be easily deformed into a curve with a desired shape.SOLUTION: A thermal expansion sheet 10 comprises: a thermal expansion layer 3 having flexibility and elasticity, and being expanded when being heated to a prescribed temperature or greater; and a base material 2 on whose one surface, the thermal expansion layer 3 is laminated. The base material 2 includes a water soluble material. On a front or rear surface of the thermal expansion sheet 10, a photothermal conversion layer 4 is printed by a black ink, then near infrared radiation is radiated, for forming on the surface, an irregularity by bulging on a region of the photothermal conversion layer 4, then the thermal expansion sheet is immersed in water, then, the water soluble material on the base material 2 is solved, and the base material 2 having no elasticity is removed from the rear surface of the thermal expansion layer 3, thereby obtaining a three-dimensional molded object having flexibility and elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
