Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional object in which a sheet-like resin is molded into a desired shape, capable of suitably and easily manufacturing for small lot production or trial production.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional object provided by bending a sheet-like base material 1 composed of thermoplastic resin at a ridge line to deform, a thermal expansion layer 2 which expands when heated to the thermal deformation temperature of the base material 1 or higher is formed on a plate-like base material 1, and a line 5 is printed with black ink on the surface, and, when near infrared ray is irradiated, the thermal expansion layer 2 is expanded so as to push to both outsides directly under a photothermal conversion member 5 generating heat, and the base material 1 is plastically deformed, and folded and bent on both sides of the line 5 to manufacture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8D
