Title:
THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURAL NET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3944613
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional structural net widely useful for a cushioning material, a mat material, a spacer and other various uses, excellent in shape retention of solid ribbon parts for forming a network space and the whole net, not being readily deformed, improved in compression resistance, high in void retention ratio, and light in weight, capable of maintaining excellent elastic force.
SOLUTION: This three-dimensional net is formed by warp knitting, and comprises a surface and a back base materials 1 and 2 in a netlike state and connecting yarns 3 for connecting both the base materials at a fixed interval. In the surface and the back base materials 1 and 2, the connecting yarns 3 are hung on ribbon parts 11 and 21 for forming each net to constitute a three- dimensional ribbon part 4 and a three-dimensional network space S is formed by the three-dimensional ribbon part 4. At an arbitrary position in the knitting direction in the three-dimensional ribbon part 4, the connecting yarns 3 are transferred from a knitted stitch in which the connecting yarns are opposed from one side to the other of the surface and the back base materials 1 and 2 to a knitted stitch line apart by one line or several lines and slantingly hung to knit the objective net.
