CONSTITUTION: This ticket processor has a storage means 2 storing issue information on toll tickets to be offerd to the uses of plural persons, refund information and charge calculation information on a refund, a non-use information collection means collecting the non-use information on the toll tickets, an input means inputting the refund request on the toll tickets and a charge processing means 3 determining the refund, referring to non-use information collected by the non-use information collection means based on the refund request from this input means, the issue information on the toll tickets stored in the storage means 2 and the charge calculation information of refund information and the refund. By this constitution, the fare adjustment work of the refund can be executed in short time, the waiting time of a user can be remarkably reduced and the load of a clerk can be reduced, by only a simple work that the refund request is inputted from the input means.
