PURPOSE: To facilitate the renovation such as repair and modification by boring anchor holes into joints of existing exterior tiles, inserting two folded wires into them, and spreading the net of glass fiber over the surfaces of them to apply the second mortar layer.

CONSTITUTION: A renovated structure 1 is constituted of a mortar layer 2, existing tiles 3 and joints 4. An anchor hole 11 is bored into each part of joints 4 of the existing tiles 3, and an anchor wire 12 is folded in two to project and insert to the out of a specific size, and epoxy resin 14 is poured thereinto to fix. The adhesive mortar 21 is applied to the surfaces of the existing tiles 3, the net of glass fiber is spread over while inserting the anchor wire 12, and the second cement screeding 23 is applied thereto. After that, new tiles 5 are subsequently stuck on the surface of the cement screeding 23. According to the constitution, sound tile exterior work can be carried out in any case of repair and modification.
