PURPOSE: To obtain the necessary time limiting device, by providing the time duration setting circuit which delivers the output signal when a coincidence is obtained between the time duration to be set and the numerical value set at the setting part of the corresponding numerical information for the time setting during the duty test.
CONSTITUTION: One specified unit of the plural numbers of clock pulses having different transfer periods generated from the clock pulse generating source PG is selected by the clock pulse train selecting circuit PS via the control signal supplied from the circuit SG. In correspondence to a selected specified clock pulse train, a coincidence is obtained between the numerical values of the counters CT1WCTn which count the clock pulses of the clock pulse train plus the numerical value set at the setting part of the numerical information corresponding to the time duration set and the numerical information. In this instant, the output signals are delivered through the coincidence circuits CDG1WCDGn. Then the time duration setting circuits TW1WTWn comprising the circuit CDG1WCDGn and others are provided. As a result, a time limiting device having the function necessary for the duty test can be obtained easily.
