To provide a timepiece module having improved assembleability.
This timepiece module is constituted by holding integrally by a thin-plate panel pressing plate 23, a liquid crystal display panel support frame 21 for holding a liquid crystal display panel 2, a driving circuit substrate 9 on which a driving circuit of a timepiece is mounted, and a battery support frame 25 for holding a battery 7. The panel pressing plate 23 has a plurality of hook parts 24, and each hook part 24 is provided with two kinds of engaging opening parts (an upper side opening part 24a and a lower side opening part 24b) corresponding to engaging projections (projection parts) 21a, 25c provided on each support frame 21, 25 side face. The upper side opening part 24a of the hook part 24 is engaged with the engaging projection 21a on the panel support frame 21 side face, to thereby sandwich and fix the liquid crystal display panel 2 between the panel pressing plate 23 and the panel support frame 21, and then the lower side opening part 24b of the hook part 24 is engaged with the engaging projection 25c on the battery support frame 25 side face, to thereby assemble the battery support frame 25 across the driving circuit substrate 9.
