Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a car from skidding sideways, by forming each of horizontal members attached to the circumference of a tire in parallel with each other at the specified interval and each of projecting parts in a direction toward adjacent horizontal members solidly as one body with rubber. CONSTITUTION:A tire antiskid device 10 is provided with plural horizontal members 12 set up in parallel with each other and projecting parts 14. Each horizontal member 12 is set up parallelly with an axial center of a tire 16, while these projecting parts 14 are parallelled with each other and set up on the circumference of a grounding surface of the tire 16, and the surface comes to the grounding surface together with that of each horizontal member 12. At the time of driving, each fixed metal fitting 24 is attached to each end part of these horizontal members 12 and clamped to the sidepiece of the tire 16 with a rope 26. And, at the time of driving, these horizontal members 12 serve as a nonskidder in a forward direction, while these projecting parts 14 works as the nonskidder in a horizontal direction, stabilizing a car even in case of its driving on a snow-covered road, and what is more, these projecting parts 14 reduce a difference in height between these horizontal members 12 and a feeling of comfortable driving on the car is improved ever so better.
