A main control device 10 predicts the burst of a tire from tire information, tire pneumatic pressure, and vehicle speed by a traveling speed monitoring control part 13. When the speed enters the critical region, the control device emits warning therearound by controlling a flasher drive device 17, and decelerates the vehicle 3 to a safe speed range by a braking device 4. Since the possibility of avoiding the risk is enhanced for both the vehicle 3 and the vehicles therearound, the control device can provide a safe and comfortable driving to the driver.
