CONSTITUTION: The width of an electrode finger or width between electrode fingers is provided with the two kinds of width at least, the block of the prescribed length of an SAW propagating direction combining the two kinds of width is defined as one constitutive unit, one electrode of the cross finger electrodes of a transducer within one constitutive unit is provided with the two kinds of electrode pitches at least, and one constitutive unit is repeatedly provided over the entire electrode finger arrangement of cross finger electrodes. Thus, the SAW device having 800MHz or the central frequency higher than it can be easily provided.
