Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a container which can be heated by an electronic range by combining a container body obtained by deep-drawing a laminated product composed of aluminum foil and a plastic layer and a lid body having a plastic flap part and a preform base of a laminated product using a gas barrier-type base as an intermediate layer with a tab. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil/plastic laminated product used for a container body 10 consists of plastic layers 11, 13 and an aluminum foil 12. The recommended plastic material is homopolypropyrene which is optimal in terms of processing properties, price and heat resistance. This laminated product is formed into a container body using cold-pressing process. The laminated product used for a lid part 20 can be the same as the plastic laminated product of the container body. However, the plastic layer is allowed to be thin as it is not deep-drawn. This laminated product is punched out after deep-drawing process to obtain a preform base 24. Then a flap part 25 is provided and a tab is attached after installing a tab seat 26. The container body and the lid part are sealed airtightly using a high-frequency sealer after filling the container with a content.
