Abstract:

PURPOSE:To reproduce a microcassette tape through a compact cassette tape reproducing device by forming a space for a microcassette tape, a tape running means, and a reproducing means for a magnetic sound recording signal singularly in a compact cassette half. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette button 8 is operated with a cassette 4 loaded in an adapter body 1, a head base 10 moves forth unitl a magnetic head 7 contacts the tape surface in the cassette 4, and a pulley 11 also moves forth to clamp a pinch roller 13 between the pulley 1 and a capstan shaft 6, connecting a driving power transmission system. In this case, this is set in a compact cassette reproducing device, and when the play button of the reproducing device is operated, a head 23 and a pinch roller 27 enter the half 1 and a transducer 22 pressed against the head 23 moves back while turning a link 19 clockwise. The turning of the link 19 allows a link 16 pressed by its one terminal to turn counterclockwise, and a driving roller 14 at one terminal is pressed against the capstan shaft 17 and also engages a transmission gear 24.
