PURPOSE: To guide the tip paper sheets one by one to a draw-out roll from a feed roll and to prevent the duplicated feed of the paper sheets, by providing a continuous feed preventing mechanism containing a friction matter at a place near the feed roll.

CONSTITUTION: A tip paper sheet is sent out with revolutions of a feed roll 12. When the rear edge of the paper passes through the roll 12, a friction matter 26 is carried to the projected position side by the function of a cam 18 before the roll 12 frictionally contacts with the next adjacent tip paper sheet. Thus the next tip paper sheet frictionally contact with a rubber sheet 29 of the matter 26. This prevents a contact between the roll 12 and the next tip paper sheet. The paper sheet is fed to a draw-out roll 14 and then rolled out from the roll 14 while the matter 26 frictionally contacts with the paper sheet. In this case, the paper sheet adjacent to the first paper sheet contacts with the matter 26. This large frictional force prevents the feed of the paper sheet to the roller 14.
