To facilitate toe-in and toe-out regulation of a vehicle by inserting and connecting a connecting pin having an eccentric shaft part so that a peripheral surface of the eccentric shaft part makes contact with only an inner surface of a pin insertion hole on one side.
A connecting part of a rod end 7 and a tie rod 18 is constituted so that a spherical surface of an eccentric shaft part 17 makes contact with an inner surface of a pin insertion hole 18a of the tie rod 18 through a collar 20. The tie rod 18 becomes free to oscillate in the axial direction of a connecting pin 13 in a clearance between the tie rod 18 and a tie rod insertion hole, and the same function as a spherical surface bearing is displayed. Additionally, as a center of the eccentric shaft part 17 is slipped by eccentric quantity against a center of the connecting pin 13 as the other end part of the tie rod 18 is supported by the eccentric shaft part 17, the center of the eccentric shaft part moves on a circular orbit with eccentric quantity as a radius when the connecting pin 13 is revolved, and a positional relation of the tie rod 18 and the rod end 7 changes. Consequently, it is possible to easily regulate a toe angle of a wheel by using the change.
