Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe angle adjustment method and a manufacturing method of a four-wheel vehicle, capable of improving workability and working efficiency, by reducing a work burden of a toe angle adjustment of a wheel in the four-wheel vehicle.SOLUTION: A toe angle adjustment method uses a vibration imparting tool 400 installed on a rack end 100 and imparting ultrasonic vibration and a first tool 300 fitted to a tool fitting part 102 of the rack end 100. An operator specifies an ultrasonic vibration imparting position on the rack end 100 capable of positioning a belly of ultrasonic vibration in a ball joint 110 of the rack end 100 as a first process. Next, the operator installs the vibration imparting tool 400 on the rack end 100 as a second process. Next, the operator adjusts a toe angle of a wheel by adjusting a length of the rack end 100 connected to a tie-rod end 200 by rotating the first tool 300 fitted to the tool fitting part 102 in a state of imparting the ultrasonic vibration to the rack end 100 as a third process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
