PURPOSE: To provide a toner pulverizing device capable of making the central grain size of pulverized toners smaller than heretofore and making pulverizing efficiency higher than heretofore by noticing the surface roughness of a conical body part.
CONSTITUTION: This toner pulverizing device has a nozzle section 1 which ejects compressed air and an impingement member 6 which has an impingement surface in the form of a conical body to be impinged with the toners 110 to be pulverized accelerated by the compressed air ejected from this nozzle section 1. This impingement member 6 is composed of the conical body part 6a constituting the impingement surface in the form of the conical body and an impingement flat plate 6b of which the outside shape constitutes the impingement surface in the form of a circular flat plate.
