Abstract:
PURPOSE: To utilize a used toner vessel without removing a toner sticking to the vessel and to recycle the vessel, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A stock resin compatible with the resin binder of a toner and having 8.0-13.0kgf.cm/cm2 Izod impact value is mixed with the toner so as to regulate the Izod impact value to 6.0-10.0kgf.cm/cm2 and the resultant mixture is molded to obtain the objective toner vessel 1 as a toner vessel for replenishing a toner to an image forming device such as an electrophotographic copying machine or a toner vessel housing a toner in a process cartridge. The quality of this toner vessel is comparable to that of a new toner vessel not contg. a mixed toner.
