Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily control the pressing force of a tool by forming a floating mechanism by a balloon of inner diameter expansion type, and feeding air to this balloon from an electropneumatic regulator.

CONSTITUTION: Air is fed from an electropneumatic regulator 8 to a rubber balloon 6 of inner diameter expansion type, the pressure in an air chamber is increased to allow the inside of the balloon 6 to be expanded, and the supporting force and the pressing force of a pneumatic tool 7 are changed according to the inner pressure in the air chamber. A PC 13 operates the pressing force command by a pressing force command basic curve computing element from the number of revolution by a pulse counter 12. Then, a collator collates the designated value by a pressing meter which is the control parameter from a robot controller 11 with the offset designated value of the pressing force to output the air pressure command corresponding to the inputted number of revolution as the voltage command to the electropneumatic regulator 8.
