To solve the problems wherein an emergency wheel replacement in blowing out of a wheel of an automobile is performed by using an on-vehicle tool (jack) mounted in the vehicle and lifting up the wheel of the vehicle body until it separates from the ground, but a manual jack of the on-vehicle tool requires an extremely large physical force for rotating a rotating lever, or a hydraulic jack requires only small physical force, but requires high manufacturing cost, has heavy weight, and is mounted only to a large commercial vehicle.

A pantograph type jack of the present invention does not soil the hand and requires no physical force by changing the conventional manual rotating type to the vertical motion of a foot pedal, so that even a powerless woman can easily lift up the vehicle body.
