Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torchon lace machine capable of weaving (forming) a carbon fiber thread into a bias state, which is rolled up in a state of being tensed in a bias direction from a cloth fell position.SOLUTION: A torchon lace machine 1 according to this invention weaves a carbon fiber thread 4 into a semi-circular shape, and has a lace guide 7 at a certain height from a cloth fell position 4'. An auxiliary guide 9, which corrects sag due to a difference in thread length between a center warp and both side warp, is formed between an apex of the lace guide 7 and a first roller 8a of a roll-up part 8 that rolls up a woven product 6 after spreading it in a semi-circle state into a flat state. The torchon lace machine has multiple extending means 11, which extend both sides of the woven product 6 outward when it passes through an external surface of the lace guide 7 and an external surface of the auxiliary guide 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
