Abstract:
To enable changing of torque, even during operation of an apparatus.
A torque-adjusting member 13 can be rotated together with a cylindrical member 14, by allocating a pair of torque-adjusting members consisting of a magnetic material between a stator magnet 12 and a rotor 15. Since the torque-adjusting members 13 function as yokes, if relative position between the stator magnet 12 and torque-adjusting members 13 change, a back electromotive force generated in the rotor 15 changes, and as a result the torque generated can be changed.
