Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce an effect of the loading/unloading accuracy of FD (a magnetic disk floppy) sheet, by driving a piezoelectric element connected to a magnetic head to perform writing and reading the locus of a circle concentric to the center of a disk sheet. CONSTITUTION:The output of an A/D converter 14 which is obtained from the revolving angle information of a motor 2 is fetched by an I/O interface 13d. Then the digital signal of the voltage impressed to a compensated piezoelectric element 7 from the first to the next angle informations is delivered from the interface 13d. This digital signal is converted into an analog signal by a D/A converter 15a of a driving controller 15. Then the analog signal is impressed to the element 7 after the electric power is amplified by a piezoelectric element driver 15b. The element 7 controls the position of a head 5 with the impressed voltage so that the head track locus forms an accurate circle to the center of an FD sheet and that a correct track position is obtained.
