Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination container group transportation device which can adsorb and transport a lamination container group even if a periphery surface that is a surface to be adsorbed of the lamination container group is convexo-concave due to gaps between containers, and a lamination container group transportation method.SOLUTION: A transportation device comprises a holding surface 31 which is surface-shaped corresponding to a periphery surface of a lamination container group 52 in which plural containers are piled, and an adsorption head 30 which includes one or more adsorption holes 33 which open to the holding surface 31. The transportation device includes an adsorption air stream generating part (a control part, a blower, a flow rate adjusting valve) which, under a condition that the holding surface 31 of the adsorption head 30 and the periphery surface of the lamination container group 52 contact each other, generates an adsorption air stream SF that flows into the adsorption hole 33 at a gap passage FP formed by gaps C1 between containers 51 at such a flow rate that the lamination container group 52 can be adsorbed to the holding surface 31. And, the transport device includes the adsorption air stream suppressing part (a control part, a blower, a flow rate adjusting valve) which releases the lamination container group 52 from the adsorption head 30 through suppressing or stopping the adsorption air stream SF generated at the gap passage FP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
